Who can use this app?

This application is exclusively for land site agents and partners who wish to collaborate with Lakshmi Balaji ORS Private Limited for sourcing, referral, and related land acquisition activities. By proceeding, you confirm that you are accessing this platform in your capacity as a willing collaborator or partner of ORS.

Data you submit

All information you enter — including land site details, GPS coordinates, photographs, documents, pricing, and your personal contact details — becomes the exclusive property of Lakshmi Balaji ORS Private Limited upon submission.

How ORS may use your data

ORS is permitted to use submitted data for any lawful business purpose including but not limited to: land acquisition, marketing, client presentations, due diligence, internal records, and business development activities. ORS may retain this data indefinitely.

Confidentiality & no third-party sharing

Data submitted through this platform is strictly confidential. ORS will not share, sell, or disclose your submitted data or personal details to any third party, external agent, or related party outside of ORS, except as required by law.

Your access rights

You are granted view access to only the sites you have personally submitted. You have no right to export, copy, or transfer data from this platform. Admin retains full control over all records.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting ORS. Upon withdrawal, your access will be revoked. Data already submitted will be retained by ORS as per their records policy.
